Tirumala Polymers Private Limited an ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified company and winner of Udyog Rattan & Excellence Award came into existence during 1991 as a proprietary concern by Mr. Yash Paul Vij to manufacture De-Husking Rice Rubber Rolls for the rice milling industry. INDIA is a land of farmers and agriculture is its backbone, producing a variety of crops such as wheat, barley, paddy, cotton, etc. Among these paddy cultivation is one of the main crop because southeastern and southern states are known as rice bowl of India. INDIA being densely populated country, the demand for rice is increasing day by day with the increase in population. Tirumala Polymers Private Limited has established itself within a decade as a producer of high quality rubber rolls to match the pioneers of this field. The production level is being supervised by Mr. Aman Vij an Engineer by profession and we believe in producing a quality product. We manufacture all types of rubber rolls in regards to variety of paddy and technology used by the rice millers and believes in technological advancements and keep on improving the quality of the product at its best. In small-scale sector it is the first manufacturing unit to manufacture De-Husking Rice Rubber Rolls in Andhra Pradesh to be accredited with ISO 9001:2000 & has been awarded with EXCELLENCE AWARD for productivity, quality & innovation. We believe in research and development and are always on the move to improve its quality by using various other types of polymers and techniques, that are basically not being used by major industries due to its cost and other polymerization difficulties. We are the first to introduce Rubber Rolls with Aluminum Sleeves to cater the need of pneumatic Sellers. Tirumala Polymers Private Limited being managed by people with experience and knowledge Mr. Yash Paul Vij, winner of UDYOG RATTAN AWARD for his able administration, aged about 52 years backed by vast experience in its technology, administration and financial aspects. He had been with INDIAN AIR FORCE and worked in the Central Government at various levels. It is also been managed by Mr. Aman Vij, a production engineer with technical knowledge and ideas.
